Open Challenge User Guidelines

Here are some guidelines

Members can enter as many images as they wish within the time the contest is open for submissions.
Images entered into the contest should not be uploaded to the Main Gallery as well.
Members can currently only vote for their one favourite image. Options to allow a top 3 pick are being investigated
Images will be ranked by number of votes and then time of upload so that the image uploaded earliest will be winner in the event of a tie
