You got good detail in the skin and hair and it's a good b+w conversion. The seperation from the background is good and it's oof enough to be not too distractiong. I'd be tempted to crop off the left side to exclude the bright area top left and crop off the bottom to where his shoulder (?) meets his chin.

I've heard that the Nikon kit 18-200 is the best of the bunch. I think you have done exceptionally well with it here. Nice and sharp where needed. The diagonals work really well within the composition and the B/W conversion is an excellent job. Perhaps a bit of a crop from the left(just right of the bright reflections) might be more pleasing. Sometimes unconventional ratios tend to work quite well depending on the shot itself.
