Found out it is a Nikon 80mm f4.0 UW-Nikkor IC. An amphibious lens for close-ups with the Nikonos Close-Up Outfit. |

I really should have popped up the flash to bring out the shadow detail indeed. I am reasonably happy with the crop as the overall scene was more important that the actual bird by itself...to me at least. Suppose the toes could have been left in. It is always good to get other takes on one's shots. Thanks. |
