Another excellent one. One wants to see a bit more beach bottom left and there is a slight blue tinge. This is really nit picking though.

Welcome and great pic too! Looks like something Wilfred Thesiger would have taken when he went into The Empty Quarter back in the 1940's.

I really should have popped up the flash to bring out the shadow detail indeed.


I am reasonably happy with the crop as the overall scene was more important that the actual bird by itself...to me at least. Suppose the toes could have been left in.
