Well Shot! I like how the greenery form a diagonal and how the background just forms a backdrop for the toadstool.
The light is great as well.
Very nice. Really scratching to find an issue, there is a slightly hot section on the stool but that is really scrambling.
Did you use a tripod? Lens details?

The lens I used was a Sigma 70-300 APO.
Is is one of the few mushroom shots I've taken using a tripod as the rocks were all sloping. I usually rest the camera on the ground and prop the lens up with sticks, or sit it on top of my camera bag.

This is a lovely composition that I am also at a loss to find fault with. Perhaps a little more of a crop at the top and bottom(not much) to bring this closer to a square might make more of an impact. Worth a try!..
