I'm a member of the german Zen-Cart team.  We are offering the german version of Zen-Cart and support for it at hxxp: www. zen-cart. at/zcvb
Our version is a bit different from the english one as we have a multilingual admin.
I came across your excellent Moneybookers module and have translated it to German.  We are using an additional table (configuration_language) to store all the configuration settings for the german language.  And we have an additional field in the configuration_group (language_id).  So for every module we translate we have to add the translated german configuration settings.  The admin can switch between english and german in the interface.  So for your module I did the additional translations for the database in includes/modules/payment/moneybookers_gateway. php.  And i added the includes/languages/german folders.
