Yes it was in India ... not the Middle East although as there was several tens of thousands of South East Asians living in the Persian Gulf States, such sights are not uncommon.

I see. I had a zoom so could have captured both. I do have a couple of shots with the legs etc in but there were distracting elements so I selected this as my pick.

What I meant was to get the legs in at this moment in time would mean that the ball would be out of shot. To rectify this you could photoshop it into frame so you'd get legs and ball in the shot.

Thanks I thought it was interesting. A slower speed would have added some movement which would have been another interesting angle indeed.

I like the pic alot.. I think it is something that u dont see often... a kid with a thoub skating.... ;-) that is funny... I like the composition but I think u could have pumped up the ISO a bet to 400 with a smaller aperture like f/4. and a bet slower SS... but that is just me.. thanks for searing and looking forward for some more of ur pix...
