Version 3.1.3 Released

Version 3.1.3 is available for download.

This is a critical bugfix release that resolves a bug that meant that the Moneybookers website returned an "Invalid Amount Error" and refuse transactions whenever the value was worth more than 999.99 units of any currency (Thanks to bsmith).

All users are advised to upgrade immediately.

Use the main download link for the full fileset or the patch attached to this post (login for access) to upgrade from v3.1.2 to v3.1.3
