Well done on this.
You have used the elements in the frame to compose the images very well. The water forms a diagonal and the tree trunk helps frame the shot. I also like how it is possible to see some detail in the lower interior on the mill building.
You might want to see how cropping so that the top left doesn't show the other end of the trunk will look. This will also reduce the amount of sky top right.
Warm the shot up a touch might also improve the "feel".

I'll echo Dayos comments for the most part, but I don't think any cropping would help. I do think that perhaps a bit more exposure or maybe upping Brightness/Saturation might bring out the shadows and make it 'Pop' a bit more. Just a thought tho.. Great shot!
