Hi Dayo,

I had a previous version of your Zencart Moneybookers payment module installed on a 1. 3. 8a installation, and upgraded to your latest version today.

However, once the module is installed and configured with all the necessary details, I'm not seeing it on my checkout page. Do you have any idea why this may be?

I'd appreciate any help you can provide - the module was fantastic when it was working.

Hi

Does it show up as active (green light) in the payment modules admin?

Also, did you remove the previous version in the admin before upgrading?

Hi Dayo,

Sorry for not responding earlier. I still haven't managed to get the module working. The green light shows in admin, and I removed the previous version is admin before upgrading. Did I need to delete any files before upgrading?

If the green light shows up then it has been activated.

You haven't excluded it from your geozone by any chance?

Also, make sure you have V3.1.x.

If all fails, go into Admin >> modules >> payment >>moneybookers. Then click and "remove" and then "install". Configure the variables and click "update".
