How long can film last in the freezer

It has been over a year since I shot my last roll of film (DSLR had a fault and was getting fixed). Even then I had had these rolls in the freezer for a long time. They are still there today and I wonder how long they can last. actually some were given to me by the finisher as they had already expired (TMax 100, 400 and P3200) and I wonder how long more they can keep.

If you've got them in the freezer then they can last a fairly long time (possibly talking years). I've heard of a number of people say they've got good results from film that's well out of date.

These have been there for more than two to three years.
I sold off my KM 7 and only have an old Pentax KX1000 that doesn't meter and a Yashica Mat 124G that doesn't meter as well (got a couple or so rolls of 6x6 film in there too).
Guess I need to brush up on the sunny f16 rule lol.
